So... My Ninja Handbook is glowing since I got level 60 (after using the lv pill), the thing is I don't have anything to Claim there.

It's not much, but it actually bothers me a lot, since every time I'm clicking there thinking there's something to claim when there isn't.


And yes, I checked many times. I'm 100% sure.

Did you try clicking the blue arrow and going over each tab? If you look carefully it says lvlup 3 ninja to lvl 80. See if clearing your cache and flushing DNS helps.
