I don't understand, are you talking about Stats ? if it so, you should look at your main character to see what upgrade first.

In my opinion , Ninjitsu and Defense are one of the main Things to Upgrade.

But if you have Lee, Taijutsu is first :3

I think that HP and Attack are the most importants, then Defense and Resistence, then everything else :)
