Hi! The "Enfeeble" applies a "Weaken" debuff on an opponent's ninja which reduces their Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to 75%. Any buffs that increases Ninjutsu and Taijutsu will be disabled and any Ninjutsu or Taijutsu Scaling will also be disabled during the round the ninja is affected.

The number of rounds an opponent's ninja is affected by the "Weaken" debuff is based on the ninja and the description of the ninja. For example, the Skill Broken "Yasaka Magatama Y" for Madara [Founder of Konoha] will last until the end of the turn and Minato [Edo Tensei]'s Nine-Tails Chakra Shield will apply the debuff for 1 round.

If Enfeeble/Weaken is applied again on top of Enfeeble, it does not stack and make a one round Enfeeble last two rounds. It will just replace the "Enfeeble" or "Weaken" debuff.
