battle armor - affect on all ninjas - whenever you change lineup that affect each ninja same value
refine - affect one ninja - can be replaced if you change ninja
mood - affect one ninja - can't be replaced if you change ninja

so i think best is battle armor, then magatamas, then refine, then mood
