Well if you f2p you wont be able to get shisui atleast for next few months or a year, like ronin, madara and obito, these characters donot appear in coupen events

Yes 4* kushina is good. Gaara suit is a nice choice but i will suggest you to take gaara kazekage to 4* and st him. Gaara KK is better and free

Don't go after susano Shisui, he really is garbo and isn't used in true meta forms in China. I went up against a T1 shisui susano in bonds, and it took him 6 rounds to actually kill me with him....and he was 500k more power than me. What was I running? A decent SB T1 edo minato. Simply put, he is garbage.

As for suit gaara, I just got him myself and I don't know much about him (haven't done any testing with him whatsoever)....but you would be better suited to get kage gaara and SB him, I think he would suit her better over suit gaara, he is just a beast, even for a T4

If you are set on going after kushina (which I recommend) then build around her. Edo Roshi, Edo Yag, kage gaara are all good with her. I would def make 4 starring kushina top priority. You don't need a SB yag to pair well with her either, he works just fine as normal, the breaks are just gravy. Edo Roshi could do better with skill breaks though.

i got all the edo jins and my roshi needs 30= more frags for 4 star kage garaa too
