cross server events not available for 2 month+ servers

don't do it. They completely fked 1348 and 1352 by throwing them into Xserver with the old cluster. We had at lvl 75+ players with 300k+ in the sage yesterday.

S1348 is not *ed up because it doesn't attend anything Cross-Server but Decisive Bonds and Arena 3vs3 (currently).

We have the same issue of S1364, thus we are wasting a lot of resources from Sages (it is 5 weeks that we do only Sage Arena and not Battlefield).

Hope you will fix the issue as soon as possible. Game is FLAT without cluster-cross server.
