I am trying to increase the stats of my main team and i saw that Karin was not on the list of the ninja that can be invited at home. Does she not have a bond level and are the invitations for specific ninja only? Or does her home invitation have to be unlocked in some other way.

A lot of people don't. At a point in time, there was only less than 10 ninjas who did. They get added in time. Some day, it might be Karin's turn. but for now no, she doesn't.
