So I haven't really got any solve to it last time so i gonna say it again. At uk time 18:00 I can't manage to log into my main account at s1244, but from a second account i can log into the server with a fine connection. what i see once i try to log to s1244 on my main account is exceed time error non stop not letting me log in. so if you can please explain me if my connection is fine why i cannot log into my server from main account but i can from a second account.

what ur saying is ur main acct got blocked but your second account is accessible on the same server,

first of all i have to say myself didn't experience that technical fault,

but i do suggest you just make your second acct your main acct for the time being.

if your have reported to the relevant department, and they are aware, i'm sure the issue will be resolved in due time.

the thing is im not having any problem to play till this hour, and i really don't get why i started having problem when this hour start. my connection is fine as i mentioned before

Hello, please clear your cache and relog next time you experience this. I would also restart my wifi, just to be safe, but it is not necessary. However, if this does not fix it, please contact CS via a ticket, and describe to them your issue in detail, providing whatever screenshots you can.
