Ibiki's torture causes immobile to a unit for 2 rounds and it does go through immunity. Similar to itachi edo's dream state, it can not be healed UNLESS chakra is over 20. Enfeeble causes weaken. Weaken reduces a units attack and ninjutsu to 75%, disables any buffs to these stats,
and prevents scaling of these stats while under the debuff. I don't think it goes through immunity but can't say with one hundred percent certainty. A good guide on most debuffs and where I got the enfeeble info:

torture doesnt go through immunity...
u see it goes through, simply because Ibiki mys also causes suppress immunity
