Ibiki's torture causes immobile to a unit for 2 rounds and it does go through immunity. Similar to itachi edo's dream state, it can not be healed UNLESS chakra is over 20. Enfeeble causes weaken. Weaken reduces a units attack and ninjutsu to 75%, disables any buffs to these stats, and prevents scaling of these stats while under the debuff. I don't think it goes through immunity but can't say with one hundred percent certainty.

u see it goes through, simply because Ibiki mys also causes suppress immunity

I made an assumption they would know he suppressed immunity since he is the only unit with the torture debuff thus far. That is why I specifically said Ibiki's torture does go through immunity. For future reference and to prevent any confusion... the torture debuff itself will not pass through immunity should another unit get this in their skills.
