I have seen this Lineup used for both Scarlet Blaze and Midnight Blade and it works equally good. It basically involves either fire main or lightning main together with Sasuke, Hinata and Karin but i have only found the talents for fire main and not the lightning one, the few times that i met Midnight Blade using that lineup online i was not able to communicate and ask for the talents.

The Lineup goes like this:

Sasuke / Main / X

Karin / Hinata / X

X / X / X

For Scarlet Blaze the talents are 2 / 3 / 2 / 2 / 1 and Shark summon

Edit: I found it now, for Midnight Blade the talents are 2 / 3 / 1 / 3 / 1 and Bull summon
