So about a week and a 3 days ago I rechargedmy account for ingots, I got them and then I was unable to spend them. I got a hold of customer service told them what was up and gave them all the info I had. A week goes by, they tell me they've resolved it and my ingots would arrive in my account, guess what?? They weren't there... I message them back to tell them I haven't received them, they say they'll look into it. 3 days later they finally message me back saying I have received them already, which I have not, now it's been a week and 3 days, and I've missed out on a event I was trying to take part of and I'm out of the money I put into the game with no gains at this point I'm kind of disgruntled and don't know who to turn to so forums??
