Minato breaks are implemented in game since 6.0 exactly like all the other missing trials/breaks. They are just hidden waiting for the devs to remove a flag.

It's probably not going to be Blue Vials. Hate to break it to you. Probably just glitched out interfaces.

4* + Gold Vial/Protects is most likely what it will be.
