I'd say Rinne is better by meta.

Suppress immunity by standard and mystery suppresses super armor.

I think he's the only ninja who can suppress both at the moment.

Fear debuff passive looks very OP to me as well. RIP those ninjas who have 2 standards or more.

He looks like a good investment for future breakthroughs.

Both have their uses, but because oasis is *STILL* charging a ridiculous amount of ingots/coupons for susanoo, just get rinnegan
