Is it only during the event that the Battle Armour Rebate has to level?I was able to get a rebate even though it was not during the event period in Korea server. Last week, I did a level-up from level 4 to level 5, but I couldn't get a refund from my refund this week.

Hello, I am sorry but the Battle Armor Rebate requires the battle armor to be leveled up during the duration of the event.
