I've tried clearing cache, using a different browser, restarting my computer, but nothing seems to work. I can't use the mini client because I have a mac. My server is 1386 and my ign is "Spatial". Any help on this problem please. Reply

i found out how it happens

so if u leave the ninja collection with the holiday scroll open it will glitch when u return i tested with at least 5 accounts and that's how it happened

Hi! I just checked and it should be working. However, if you are still experiencing issues. I highly recommend to report it to Customer Service and they will troubleshoot it for you.
