For some reason even when I have support the support doesn't come and it says defeat as soon as my team dies.

The player you requested support has to accept it .

Most likely he refused or didn't accepted it before you got plundered.

I only started the convoy when it said that the player accepted

Hi! Like what Maksys93 says, the support you request must be accepted before you are actually supported on a convoy. I have not heard of a case where an accepted support does not show up at all. However, if it does happen again, please provide a detailed report as to what happened so our support team can look into it. You can report it here.


For most reports, it is always recommended to try and get any screenshots (with Time Stamp and Server ID) you can.
