1＃ Go ToI charged the new event this afternoon just before it was updated.But I can't get the reward because there is a charge roulette without saying anything about itI wonder what solutions can be offered to this problem.
So I feel pretty bad.

Hello, there have been many people complaining about the late starting events such as this, many people are upset about it, especially those that recharged prior to the release of the event. I am sorry that there was no warning about this, we have requested that we be given a warning prior to, rather than just springing it on us, we are trying to get these sort of things fixed.

Is that why there's no roulette compensation for what I charge?
