1＃ Go ToTried zenith tonight, got 1 round in then for the 2nd the loading timed out on "waiting for the battle". coudnt click anything to so had no choice but to refresh.
Logged back in, brought me back to zenith screen...... still "waiting for battle" and I still cant click cancel.
few more minutes pass and I get a message saying I was defeated, after that screen it sends me back to konoha and when I re enter zenith it counts that entire matching as a defeat for me.

Hello, I would suggest creating a customer service ticket, but there might not be much they can do for you without a video of it occurring. However, your best chance for help would be through them. Sorry for the trouble!

1: I cannot open a customer service ticket because your form doesnt even work. Either the character name box keeps deleting so I cant proceed, OR the information box highlights red as though I have left it empty when it is not.
2: I do not have a video because im not in the habit of recording my screen for some reason.
nevermind, I should've known better, just go ahead and delete the thread
Last update: boring shift today, thought I would give it another attempt, nope, still *ed. got matched with someone, timed out on ninja selection screen.
refreshed and got the log in bug.
8 tries later finally got to log back in, had timed out and counted as a loss for me.
