the Decisive Bonds has been opened, but why the Training Grounds has not coming yet??

the server is already 32 days old

how old a server must be to take a part in Cross-Server ?

Our Arena and Decisive Bonds has meet the other player from other server. but why Training Ground still closed?

Hello!


Some Game Interfaces related to Cross-Server Events require a server to reach at least 50 to 60 days old before it becomes available and open for participation. As the notice says, please be patient for now. Thank you.
