In my opinion, it *s and don't give as much power as people say. It's true you get the items in the board and you can buy something later but those items aren't that great. You are better off spending your coupons to buy training potions in the colored banner gift event because this events and the other one (I forgot the name, comes next week normally) where you need to recharge 500 ingot or spend 5k ingots to be a super player sells training potion at the most cheapest price.

The reason lucky board is great is not whats on the board, but what those Lucky Ninja Packs gives.
And if you go for a ninja you will get extraordinary amount of lvl 4 and some lvl 5 Magatama's in return.
I would recommend always going for Lucky Board if you want a ninja because its 100% worth it with the Magatama's you get in return

lb used to be good in 1.0 up to early 3.0, for most at least. Once people went over medium refine/thread level this event lost a lot of its value (same as mission dealer until recent box change). Ever since then, it was never that good as it used to be. If you need bp there are more efficient ways (and lb didnt offer pots on board), if you need ninja there are cheaper ways (direct buy) or alternative price but with more desirable side items (situational- lucky stars, great plates, current mission dealer, fireworks). LB is mediocre at best in its current state.

its only good when your starting out, after you hit around 100k, the only thing u c*e are the seal scrolls usually tbh

And also because at that time seal scrolls mattered a lot and you used to get a lot of them for free from the board.
