So, this thread has no real purpose but another vent I guess, Let me pose the question can someone, anyone explain how stats are *supposed* to work in this game.

I have a naruto 6p, with the right tools he sits at 19.1k combo

Yet I lose to people with lower stats than me all the time because their narutos have a perfect cd reduction rate, whereas mine never, never ever reduces, even with double standard so the matches are very long and very boring and ultimately their boring character out leeches my boring character

The same goes for kcm I simply cannot get mine to reduce, no matter what equipment uses and no matter who my opponent is

Hinata summer, again never reduces cd

Nor does my jonin minato

Nor does my angel konan, even with 100 chakra and double standard

I have itachi susano and edo itachi, the only time I use either of them is edo for his damage reduction passive, but I avoid using either when possible because they control fail a minimum of 85% of the time, even with my best equipment and level 11 red ice runes and facing people with lower stats than I have.

My sharingan/rinegan sasuke never chaos' , yes even when in explosive mode, yet I cant even count the amount of times ive faced people from very young servers with him and he has chaosed all my non immunes in round 1

I don't understand it, stats are the one area of this game we have numbers to go off rather than everything else, just being up to the whims of oasis to decide our "luck"

but regardless of the stats, my account just seems to be broken, everyone has control fails and fails to combo I get that, and as whiny as this is I promise you i am not exaggerating, the success rate for combo's, cd reduction or control attacks to land from any of my characters is at absolute best 15%, so since the stats dont seem to do squat is there something else I am supposing to be going off? even taking a "luck" based element into account I do not see how the numbers can be so wrong, thats all
