I need to ask, is his card like everyone else card, how at max level it a 20% boost and what his boost I heard it a intative boost. Do enlighten me you smart people.

He doesnt have %boost like most of the cards. His buff is 50 iniattve per rank. That makes it 400 max iniatve for every ninja in your team, At least thats what i was told.
