uhh, general aoe team focusing deidara, since hes not bt he needs 60 chakra so jigokudo comes in for that and gakido will hopefully remove any debuffs towards the end off deidara, unfortunately no chases synergy here but this lineup is for turn 2 anyway

gnw sakura x x
if you have initiative, then shisuis barrier stays up and your team gets the dmg boost, aside from that a fairly aggressive standard lineup. and gnw sakura is there to pick up the chase after shisui mystery turn 2.
firemain can go either sealing or barrier mystery, assuming you have element training done, sleep standard, ninjutsu urge, mirror or lotus style works(resetting shisui mystery), oboro clone for talents and low float chase with fukuromaru

hashirama iruka x

windblade asuma x x
this lineup is primarily just to buff the other lanes from iruka, gaara and hashirama. with asuma giving extra chakra theyll all mystery and bait interruptions if possible, and if any of your barriers get through, gaara buffs the first lineup and hashirama buffs the second lineup, kind of a win win especially if you lost auto barrier fight.

not much to say they just synergize with themselves and themselves alone, could change fu for someone to heal if you want to try and keep roshi healed so he can scale.
