At the time of this thread's creation, I've released a poll about 7 different characters of the Naruto universe. Now I thought that I would try to rank each of the characters in my poll, based on their point totals and number of votes. The calculations are pretty simple; the sum the value of each individual category (1, 2, 3, etc.) times the number of votes for each respective category gives each character a number. Each day, after I finish uploading the polling topic, I'll tally the numbers for each individual character and update the chart below. Note: For those moderating this section now and in the future, once the polls are closed, you may lock them. All I ask is that you don't lock this thread, so I can update the list daily. Thank you in advance! :victory: Note 2: The Bold Totals are from polls that have concluded. Note 3: I'll post only the total scores and the formula from now on. The reason is: I don't want people to see the number of votes in a specific category and I want each voter to not be biased toward picking the popular rating. This way, when someone goes to vote for my poll, they won't be influenced by other people's votes and will be more likely to vote on the character based on their opinion alone. :P Note 4: Added the calculation for Typical Sum and the numbers into the table. This calculation measures what the typical person will vote for the character in question. Note 5: Released some more meta-data, in particular, how many votes each character has received. It's official. Itachi is the new No. 1 in popularity! :victory:
Miraculously, Kurenai was in 2nd this whole team, she falls to 3rd. Gaara falls back to 4th, and Hinata is 5th.

Shouldn't you divide it by the number of votes to get the average rating?

Maybe Itachi's poll could have a lot more people voting, which leads to a larger total sum as opposed to ... perhaps Baki or Preta Path? It's not really accurate if you just post the sum since some people could be trolls.

After posting all character in the game (at the moment), Itachi remains at #1 in total with 462. Tobi remains in 2nd with 350, Konan takes over the 3rd spot with 343, Kisame is 4th with 316, Might Guy rounds out the top 5 with 287. As for the Total Vote number, Itachi is 1st with 57, Tobi 2nd with 48, Kisame 3rd with 45, Kurenai is 4th with 44, and Jugo is 5th with 43. Finally, for the typical vote (formula above), Konan is 1st with 8.17, Itachi is 2nd with 8.11, Hinata is 3rd with 8.10, Deidara is 4th with 8.00, and Jiraiya is 5th with 7.87.

Note: Minato doesn't count, since his poll is unfinished at the time of this post.
