Thank you for concern about our game. We're deeply sorry for any inconveniences that you guys suffered from these bugs and errors that happened to our Events. Our team tests and checks each part of the game during Testing Mode and some of the time, bugs and errors take place while the updates are in the process of going live in-game. That's why our team is always on standby every after maintenance to ensure that any bugs and error reports will be resolved immediately.
