1＃ Go To5/10/2019 at 20.30 is my last time log in to the game and my coupons was at 24k++, and this morning 6/10/2019 my coupons reduce to 157. i checked every events, every points, every stuff in case if someone used my ID but nothing.
Pls can you help me what happens to my ID? can you check the history of my ID?

Hi there, please create a CS ticket, explain to them everything that happened, and take screenshots of all interfaces that show that you did not spend your coupons. Also, please ensure that no other players have access to your account, I highly suggest changing your password.
