Here's the information that you are looking for. (Refer to the image below)

Great Ninja War requires you to reach level 55 before it becomes available and level 60 for Legends Are Back and level 65 for the Edo Tensei. Each Collection Scroll will also require you to have a total number of Stars which in this case, Great Ninja War needs 108 Stars, 180 Stars for the Legends Are Back and 240 for the Edo Tensei Scroll.
