Try walking into any store, berating the customers and yell out why the company is horrible and you will be surprised...that people don't give a fk about how you feel and throw you out on the streets.

Community isn't bad, they want what's best for the game and the toxicity is only derived from their love of the game through passionate hatred ; pretty sure mods can't control what updates are pushed, they can only offer their feed backs and not force stop updates which is why the community have distaste upon their logical explanations; in terms of the game being bad well it's not really bad is it? people assume it due to paywalls etc whilst actual story line and instances were neat and simple concepts are fluid albeit provoking to the majority

yea I think that's the issue. is at the end of the day the mods get just as upset as the rest of us when stuff like this happens. however due to their place in the community they can't be as blunt or straight forward about it. I kinda feel bad for the mods when crap happens then the mods get attacked because people just assume they do the events and the updates.
