For reporting Players who violated Terms of Service and other misconduct/misbehavior, please visit our Bugs and Support Section and look for the Misbehavior Thread. You can ạlso go to our Customer Service and file a ticket under the category of "Report". In regards to your inquiry, I would also like to remind you that reporting such cases will require you to provide evidence like Screenshot and those screenshots should include the Time and Date Stamp that can be seen at the Upper-Left corner of your Screen (Uncropped Screenshot would be much better). Thank you.
