If i draw Madara frags on GNW treasure is it true that i'll get Naruto KCM instead when i draw super rare?

For me, I can't say the same. I got Naruto KCM Frag on s2, got Madara. Meanwhile on S289 I never pulled a single frag of either SR and got Naruto.

Hoax. I've had both happen on different accounts. Get Madara Frag, pulled Madara. Get Madara Frag, get KCM. Seems largely random, but I have heard lot of people say the frag they got matched the SR later. So maybe it's just slightly better odds if there is any difference.
