What is your server number/when was your server opened?

New servers have their own event cycle called "server opening events". As long as this cycle is present in your server, your server won't take part in normal event cycle we announce weekly on forum.

If your server was supposed to participate in this specific event, it would be available right after maintenance.

We always encourage players to double check all available events in game before making any purchases. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with any type of compensation. We understand this may be disappointing but there was no in-game problem that would cause you not to check if specific event you want to participate in is available or not.

As for the 14 days rule. While it is true for some of the weekly events, there are specific events that required server to be even older in order to participate in such events. However, this information (specific number of days or list of events) is not public upon developers decision.
