in my server, i can't find also Konoha's Great Tree Event, Great Plates (i can buy the sage key, but can't find the event), and Tailed Beast Attack Event.

i've recharge for that event, if i can't get them, so i need my compensation !

Your server has to be at least 2 weeks of age, when the event opens, in order for these events to be open.

but sir, it didn't wrote over the Event Cycle Thread. so i don't know about that 2 weeks rules.

New servers have their own event cycle called "server opening events". As long as this cycle is present in your server, your server won't take part in normal event cycle we announce weekly on forum.

so, how about Colorful Ballons, Mega Carnival, Summer Memories, Ino's Flowers, and Wishing Lanterns Event?

is those all called Normal Event Cycle?

This section of the forums is not for opinions. However, regarding the actual reason this thread was opened, we do not decide the requirements for events, nor do we receive explanations for them, OP, you can try getting compensation through a CS ticket, but it will be hard to convince them to do so. Many events have their own rules, and I have been asking to get them posted in the event descriptions.

If your server was supposed to participate in this specific event, it would be available right after maintenance.

We always encourage players to double check all available events in game before making any purchases. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with any type of compensation. We understand this may be disappointing but there was no in-game problem that would cause you not to check if specific event you want to participate in is available or not.

As for the 14 days rule. While it is true for some of the weekly events, there are specific events that required server to be even older in order to participate in such events. However, this information (specific number of days or list of events) is not public upon developers decision.

try to wrote it every week in the forum about the event rules

cause i'm not the type of people thats always checking "Hot Topics" to see the current active event

cause i'm only read it first at the forum

if i love the event, i will recharge after maintenance

if i don't like it, i will not doing recharge
