For now I would take a team of Kakashi, Sasuke, Hinata, OR team 7. two options for your level I see here. After you get 3* Kankuro, he is also worthy a spot in your team. Kabuto, Tobi, Sai, are also good choices for the future.

Agree with using Team 7 for now, just to keep up the balance till you can get Tobi or Kankuro. Once you get either 3 star Kankuro or Tobi, you c*e Main, Hinata Kakashi and Kankuro/Tobi.

Note: Blindness means that the affected cannot use a standard attack while it is affected, usually lasting for 1 round, unless otherwise specified.

Kabuto is amazing. Blindness prevents Lee's move from doing anything, which is good in Ranked, but worthless when it affects your Lee. Otherwise, yeah, nothing.
