Just wanna give a piece of advice. For Plot Instances, not all the time Ninjas and Strategies aren't the basis for you to complete it but you also have to build up a good power to deal with damage and also to withstand any attacks from your enemies. At your level, I know some of the Power Features are already opened to you such as Ninja Assist, Assist links, Myoboku Cultivation, Cave Exploration, Five Nature Chakra and others. Try to improve your power for now than rushing your level, it will benefit you a bit for these days and continue leveling up once you build up a good amount of power.
