Hi I am part of the s1332 server, there will be a bugs but the Fishing Mania and Great Plates events, although we have reached the required requisites, are not there

Many events, such as those two you listed, require a server to be at least two weeks old, prior to the beginning of the event cycle, before they will appear in the Hot Topics.
