Naruto Ronin if you have a huge power gap against enemy players. (Assuming you are willing to get the other 50 frags as well)

Otherwise, I'd go with Itachi Kimono as he can hurt Kakuzu Teams if they are an issue.

I'd choose Itachi. Increase a unit mystery hurts a lot.

His mystery actually hits hard also.
