The seal scroll fragments i recieve from my Missions Gift Boxes today aren't the same as the ones i previously had on myself. They don't stack in my inventory and I can't combine them with the others to make complete seal scrolls. Even their description is different and only gives the option to sell them.

The frags on the first screenshot are the bugged ones, on the second are the others i have on my self.

Thank you for reporting this, the bug has been reported, and hopefully will be corrected soon. In the meantime, I would suggest keeping screenshots of your total of both types of seal scroll fragments, just to ensure that they transfer over entirely.

While this does seem to be both confirmed and being fixed, I don't think it'd be bad if I were to place my own screenshot here, I simply want my 36 seal frags.

I would suggest keeping screenshots yourself, just to be safe, I understand that the fragments are important, and would be a great loss to lose. However, posting in the forums with your screenshots are not entirely necessary, just saving them locally, or whatever method you prefer. Sending them on this thread could quickly create spam though.

A bit of an update - the seal scroll frags i recieved from today's boxes were ok, but the 6 bugged ones from yesterday remain bugged :)
