I have about 28 rares in gnw treasure (I say around because I bought a few zabuza frags and lost count). How many more scrolls before I get my second super rare?

Assuming my math is correct and you do have 28 rares from pulling, you need 630 more pulls to get to the 2nd 1050 which is bare minimum of the SR. Total Pulls being 1680 assuming each rare is at 60 of course.
