Hello guys I was wondering if ninja like Dan Kato and rinnesharingan Sasuke can control failed when they get attack?

Are you asking if the immobile/chaos can fail? If so, first it's a 40% chance of happening so you won't know if it fails. Second, if your opponent has a higher control stat, it increases their chance of not having the immobile/control to happen.

No it can't "control failed", like Tsunade / water main critical hits or kimono itachi's auto attack
