You are going to have to send a ticket to customer support, which can be found here.

Please be sure to include proof of the recharge, as well as a screenshot of the recharge page. Please describe to them your entire issue. Also, Customer Service does not work weekends, so the earliest opportunity they would have to look at your ticket would be Monday.
