Sometimes it can take a couple of hours to deliver the ingots into your account, if you do not get what you paid for after a few hours, I highly suggest that you create a CS ticket, the following link should lead you to the website that will help:

You can` also click the question mark on the top right of the client, if you prefer that.

Please be aware it can take some time for the ingots to appear in your account. If you still have not received your ingots by then you will need to contact our In Game Customer Service with all the details and screenshots you have of your recharge and they will look into it for you. Please try and be patient with this process! :)
