From my own experience and opinion, it is okay to buy that Clothing Pack from that Event. Some of the Clothing in that pack is cheaper than its regular price before, plus the fact of having points contribution to the gain of your whole group and its members. For example, I spent 4200 coupons to get "Hot Blooded Sports Game" before but for the "This is Youth!", I only spent 3200 coupons to get it complete. It's all up to your decision if you will buy it or not. It's a matter of wants and needs for you so only you can decide on that.

As Qv said for that event the fact it's cheaper and you get the points I would do it but ottherwise your still bette off buying asist potions. Though it also depends on if you need asist potion for an unlocke ninja or you prefer the fashion stuff.
