So I've been buying sets of 100 Summer Packs from the Purchase Limit shop, and on the last one I didn't get any packs but the game still took the coupons. Refreshed and cleared cache in case it was just a display glitch, but packs still aren't in my inventory. Will be contacting CS but I would suggest to others to avoid for now, just in case.

I bought one just to see if it was glitched for everyone, but it sent mine directly to my inventory. Hopefully CS can help you soon.

First 400 had no issue. For some reason the next 100 set glitched. IDK why. CS said they were reviewing today, no idea if it'll get solved by end of cycle.

Just be patient, CS will get back to you as soon as they have investigated. Keep in mind they run on a HK timezone which may be opposite to your timezone.
