I would just like to ask if the server is down?

I can't play right now. The application always shows operation timeout.

So far we are aware that Server 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 are not working. Any other reports from other servers ?

Prob. since if you try to top up now, while the server is down, the system can't find your chars.
