double standard is a must y for his mystery and his scaling passive +1 but i would go for +2 and the standard and chase are optional but nice to have.

For me, the most important skillbreak for him is his 2 passives (Super Armor +2 and Earth Grudge - Limb Reattachment +1) and next would be his Mystery Skill (Hidden Jutsu - Earth Grudge Fear : Stitch Y+2). Then the last are Standard +1 and Chase +2..
