Its not the only way,you can get him by recycle ninja frags.Treasure of sage is just faster.

  • go on farming the basic versions of sasuke, sakura and naruto and refine their fragments every day once you made them 5 stars.

    that's the fastest way to get iruka for free.


Fastest way for me is to farm Kabuto and Shizune from collection scroll.Shizune not so much tho,i think her frags was 5 points,but still.

Spending moon scrolls on ninja frags is not a good idea.Better focus on ninjas with low survival coins price.
