She has high damage output and very good support for kakuzu

She's a chakra battery for Akatsuki ninjas and with her in your kakuzu lineup she can easily nullify Edo Itachi's Izanami.

Konan [Taisho] is indeed a good ninja, especially with Akatsuki tagged ninjas. Most of the time, she is always teamed-up with Kakuzu [Earth Grudge Fear] since she provides chakra gain that Kakuzu needs to scale. Anyway, she is worth getting, especially this week where her fragment is being given for free for every milestone that you will achieve in the Anniversary Fireworks Celebration event. Be sure to not miss it out.

If she's good why is Oasis pretty much giving her for free?

Like mentioned, she is a good support for kakuzu skillbroken. Since people have spent to get kakuzu for the past few weeks, it's probably their interest to offer them as an reward or something to encourage future spending. Not sure why people would be complaining about a free ninja.

Now if you plan to use her with anything but kakuzu, her usefulness decreases which is probably why Oasis is ok with having her as a reward

you can actually use her as a chakra battery for shark bomb teams too (actually ningendo ones full counter comparable power kakuzu teams if they don't use earth main immunity passive, but they usually don't do because you have no sureness to select kakuzu).

I run her with Edo Deidara, EM, and Orochimaru Akatsuki which lets the mysteries roll right into each other.

when she came out she was really cheap for 4k ninja i got her as a 4 star shes worth getting tbh
