I already have the whip, I'm saying that do you know what exactly comes after each skill before you unlock the chance to train for it

you can sort of guess it. First 2 has no requirememt and are standard. Third one requires 20 and is elemental buffs. So by that reasonings, I'm guessing the 2 options at 40 will be mysteries. The ones for 60 and 80 will be the remaining passives. Just my speculation, though.
