is it better to use gaara as ninja assist for naruto 6P lineup or tenten

naruto is the only wind ninja in my lineup so gaara will buff only naruto

tenten can increase critical hit for all units in my lineup

which one is better ?

Both are good. Gaara is best with mid power players where only 1 stacked enemy have. you will crit the backline with your p1 regardless. but when 2 3 stacked enemys are then the critical will make difference.

Tenten is pretty much useless, since no matter how big crit gap you have against opponent, it will still be random and chances don't get better. Always pick stable att/nin buff over a random luck. It's been proven and discussed a lot of times.
